I had an amazing time at this resort on a great beach. the location was perfect, situated in a little cove on the beach, offering a more secluded and intimate atmosphere. the view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the crystal, clear waters and the sandy shoreline. the room was clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and friendly. the breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the facilities were top, notch, with a pool area and entertainment activities to keep guests entertained. a fantastic experience.
The language barrier at times, as some staff members struggled with English communication.

It was nice to have a balcony in the room. It had a gourmet restaurant. It was based just next door a good beach.

Celebrated new year with a group of friends and family. Beautiful new facilities, seaside location with breathtaking views. Great staff who were always helpful and eager to please. The Japanese restaurant was amazing and had the best food in comparison to the others available. The state of the art gym was an added bonus.
The beds were too soft and uncomfortable. The beach vendors were a nuisance and didn't take "no" for an answer.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a spa center, swimming pool, beach access, and outdoor lounging areas. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options.
We had a minor issue with the lunch buffet temperature, as the food was not hot enough. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The beach was very nice and clean, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. the spa was one of the best I've ever been to, with high quality services offered and very friendly staff. Best aspects: the location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and convenient transportation options. Another advantage was the beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers available for all guests.
Our overall experience was not as good as we had hoped. the food offered by the hotel restaurant was of low quality and flavorless.
